1. Dispatch and Delivery:
– Our products are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.
– Delivery times range from 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

2. Return Window:
– We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.

3. Eligibility:
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

4. Exchange Policy:
– Currently, we do not offer exchanges. However, we are actively working on introducing an exchange policy in the future.

5. Refund Process:
– Customers can initiate a refund through their Frenzee Apparel account in the “Orders” section.(Don’t forget to attach images of product while initiating refund)

6. Shipping and Service Costs:
– The cost of shipping and services for returns will be handled by Frenzee Apparel. We are dedicated to making the return process as convenient as possible for our customers.

7. Refund Timeframe:
– Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. 

-For Returns of Prepaid Orders –The full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.)(Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your mode of payment)

-For Return of Cash on Delivery Orders –The amount is refunded as Store credit in your account which can be used for future orders.
